A weekend of compassionate reflection focusing on your inner journey through yoga, meditation and community. Refresh your body with daily Yin, Flow & Restorative Yoga, Feldenkrais, Meditation & Yoga Nidra, plus solo time to relax and unwind in the beautiful nourishing surrounds of Govinda Valley.

Appointments can also be made with our on site massage therapist.

The Retreat Program
Everything on the timetable is optional. We encourage you really listen to what it is you feel like doing over the course of the weekend – that might be taking time out for a walk, nap, journaling or reading a book instead of class…

Friday

3pm – 6pm: Arrivals
6pm: Dinner
7pm: Opening Circle
7.30pm: Yoga Calm - Slow flow leading into Yoga Nidra to prepare you for bed (Kiera)
9pm: Tea / Free Time / Bed

Saturday

6.45: Morning Flow - A gentle flow to awaken and energise for the day (Kiera)
8am: Breakfast
9.30am: Morning Flow - If you opted for a luscious sleep in, you won’t miss out on an awakening flow to start the day (Victoria)
11am: Intro to Feldenkrais Workshop - What do you develop through the practice of Feldenkrais? (Shona)
12.30pm: Lunch
1:30pm: Siesta - Free time – wander on a bushwalk, wonder in your journal, read a book, reflect – whatever feels right
3pm: Slow Flow - Sense what’s different in your body once it’s been rested (Victoria)
4.30pm: Yin - Slow sustained poses held for prolonged durations (Kiera)
6pm: Dinner
7.30pm: Practicing Play - Fun movement games
9pm: Yoga Nidra - Enter a state of consciousness between waking and sleep (Kiera)

Sunday

9.30am: Applying Feldenkrais to Yoga & Life - How Feldenkrais applies to other areas of life (Shona)
11am: Yin - Slow sustained poses held for prolonged durations (Kiera)

2pm: Pack up, head home
