This course will offer practical skills and strategies for managing difficult emotions, breathing and mindfulness techniques to calm the body, and movement practices to increase overall physical well being. This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners wanting to build and explore these skills in a safe, supportive environment.
