Kiera Treloar

Kiera fell in love with yoga from the very first class she attended in 2010. A former dancer, she has always loved movement as a form of expression, and loves the deeper understanding and mindfulness that yoga brings. As a child and teen who suffered from anxiety and panic attacks, Kiera is passionate about the many benefits of yoga and meditation to calm the mind and about helping people cope with stress and anxiety through the practice.

In addition to 350 hours of teacher training with Dancing Warrior, Kiera has training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Yoga for Mental Health, and is a qualified Meditation and Yoga Nidra teacher. Kiera’s classes are designed to be flowing and empowering with a focus on mindfulness and connecting with your true self. Her intention with her teaching is to create a space to allow students to become more in tune with their own bodies and listen to that internal wisdom both on and off the mat.
