Next 6 week cycle commences Friday 2nd November and we will be focusing on ‘Back Bending & Extensions’. Here is what we will do each week:

  1. Foundational Back Extensions
  2. Breaking ‘Floor Bow’ Dhanurasana
  3. Breaking down ‘Camel Pose’ Ustrasana and its variations
  4. Breaking down ‘Wheel Pose’ Urdva Dhanurasana
  5. Breaking down ‘Scorpian Pose’ Vrischikasana using the wall
  6. Breaking Down ‘One-Legged King Pigeon Pose’ Eka Pada Rajakapotasana with modifcations
